We had a very enjoyable stay at the Mercure Lourdes Imperial hotel. It is ideally situated in Lourdes within a short walk to any of the activities. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly and very helpful. WE would definitely stay there again.

We had a Great family room at his hotel,which consisted of one double bed and one big single bed Room was situated on back side of hotel and was very quite. A massive amount of choice for buffet style Breakfast.

I spent two nights in this hotel in order to visit the shrine. In common with many other hotels(!) the Mercure was well positioned for the shrine - easily within reach. Room was large, location of the hotel was near quite a few cafes and parking spaces were easily found.

I had visited this hotel before, I was happy to stay again, comfortable room, lovely breakfast and close to the Grotto.It was my hotel of choice. But when a problem arose no one wanted to deal with it, indeed even now no-one will respond to emails!! For an international chain this after service is really less than satisfactory.
