The staff of the hotel was extremely helpful and arranged a taxi to collect us from Pau Airport. The location is great, the hotel full of old world charm.

This is a beautiful hotel, an old but charming hotel, clean rooms and within walking distance to the grotto. When you go to a place where people are there for their spiritual needs, you dont really look for "fit for a king" standard, just the essentials. As a frequent visitor to Lourdes, annually since 1996 I can strongly reccomend this Superb Hotel. Lourdes is amazing , this hotel is 200 m from the main entrance to the grotto and the church . Breakfast was done by 9 am so we missed it , my fault I should have checked ! The hotel is definitely the smartest in Lourdes. I would stay there again for sure !!

Have stayed at various hotels in Lourdes (13 visits to Lourdes since 1995), and found the rooms at this hotel to be by far the most comfortable and spacious. The room descriptions on their website are accurate. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Hotels in Lourdes are generally not to US standards for much beyond basic service that would be equivalent at best to a Holiday Inn Express. This hotel is the exception.
