I was verbally abused by staff, and accused of stealing. I was not 100% impressed with the rooms, the bathroom had mildew all over the tiles, and the shower was broken.

Stayed as a family independent from a pilgrimage. Excellent welcome, good English spoken. Rooms are what you need - a comfortable bed to lay your head and ensuite facilities, slighlty jaded but very clean. Food was plentiful and offered alternatives for children, eg fruit, ice cream, provided milk for evening bottle. Location was excellent for access to grotto and domain....

The hotel is located a short way up the street across from St Joseph's gate, so it couldn't be more convenient for the basillica etc. The staff at reception are so welcoming and helpful.
