It is a very old Chateau that has been unter the same ownership for 40 years. It is obvious that the present owner is not reinvesting in the property. The meal was good, not great and not imaginative. I have read that the nearby Chateau de la Treyne is much better.

An amazing chateau - warm and charming hosts, wonderful food and terrific atmosphere. We were made to feel very much at home. And for a final touch. . . Jacque, the official greeter and departure host. We will DEFINATELY return to this time machine to wisk us back to a different time and age! P.S. Jacque is the family dog!!
