Very close to the city center. Fine breakfast. Good value for the money. We had a room with a very small bathroom, but our friends had a nice one. No lift to first floor.

I chose this hotel chiefly because of its location - very near the centre of the old quarter of Toulouse and its Government buildings and Opera, Le Capitole, set in a large Square. I found this hotel from a guide book then called directly to reserve. On various websites I saw that Albert 1er was highly rated, especially for location, and this property is directly next door.
