Hotel is well situated, not in the city centre but close enough to walk (30 mins alongside the canal). Good parking beneath the hotel is available, although it can be a bind to get to and from the garage as there is no elevator
The room was functional and clean and very comfortable, although the qty & quality of the...

I was really surprised to find how much I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I hadn't wanted to stay in an Ibis and did so reluctantly, but I have completely changed my view of this chain. The room was small, its true, but superbly designed. The reception staff were helpful, and the room maids very pleasant too. The first two...

I like Ibis hotels in France, in a country where it seems that all budget hotels are old fashioned, crappy and even scary, Ibis offers clean, silent and functional rooms with TV and free wifi. Ponts Jumeaux in Toulouse was no exception offering even free parking for my car. The only downside was that it's not well connected with public...

Stayed for three nights with my wife, to visit my daughter who is studying languages at Toulouse Uni.
The last time I spoke french was at school, so I tried to muddle through as best I could - however all of the reception staff spoke fairly good englsh, were very helpful and welcoming.
Only a 10 minute taxi ride from...

Like getting to the hotel by car, park the car is easy but requires skill - not for the careless... super check in , get to center by bike( hire just round the corner)- breakfast prepares you well for the working day. Room is what you expect , could do better with the sights ... but the price is good...

WE had six very pleasant days in this hotel. The staff were excellent and could not do more to help. They even understood our bad French. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms especially nice and large. The AC works very well. The food in the restaurant was also nice and fresh. On sundays there are several other places to eat...

I assume that most reviewers here stayed in the Ibis Pont Jumeaux during business trips. I actually think it is a good base to explore the city, despite being a couple of km away from the center. There is a Velo Toulouse bike-station right behind the hotel (a 15-20 minute calm ride to most tourist attractions). Buses are a bit...

Awfull place, low hygene, the kanal stinks, there are ratts beside the kanal, and a lot of prostitution around. we came after 11 p.m. and took the last parking place, it was a lot of work to get the car in there.
the dinner was also very bad, the ham of that buffet was grey and there was nothing else,...

Decent, basic hotel in a nice location by a beautiful canal. Most of all, unlike many other hotels, this one had good air-conditioning that can be controlled by the guest in the room. We tried a different Ibis hotel in the same city that had virtually no air-conditioning and did not choose to stay in a sweat-box where I couldn't...
