Chose this hotel based on reviews from Trip Advisor. While the staff, (especially Oliver), were exemplary, the hotel itself was only "average.". The room was small, (what else in Europe?), the bathroom lacking in space, cleanliness, and the hair dryer didn't work. For just a little more in price, you can get much superior accommodations and closer to the Capitole.... More

We chose the hotel for its location and reviews on TA, and we were not disappointed. It is a charming hotel, typically French which we loved. The staff are warm and friendly, and coped with our very poor grasp of the language!! Perhaps we were lucky in having a larger room than others have commented on, but we had a... More

This hotel is well located (city centre, metro, bus, etc...). At our arrival, a tremendous welcome, very warmful and efficient. We were accomodated in the room 303...the room is nice, the bathroom needs to be a bit restored (humidity traces on walls, broken load-bearing,...) but it was cleaned and well furnished. The real black point was the noise...there are bars... More

There is nothing fancy about this hotel, but it worked well for the short time we had in Toulouse. We had a tub with a shower, but no shower curtain, which was a little awkward. An easy walk to the sights of city center. The real pluses of this hotel were a comfortable bed, the very friendly and accomodating staff,... More

This is a cosy little hotel on a quiet side street perhaps a 10 minute walk to le capitoule in one direction, 10 minutes in the other to the train station so ideally located for walking around this interesting city. It's also very close to the airport shuttle bus so you can save a taxi fare. No lobby really but... More

The room itself (401) was compact but very clean and the fresh flowers were a very nice touch. The lift was snug and the only other niggles I could mention: the shower is quite low and there was a full length mirror on the back of the toilet door - when the door is closed and you are using the... A small convenient hotel, close to the train station and city centre. Our room on the 4th floor was small, and clean, with a comact bathroom. The welcome by staff was friendly, although our room wasn't ready, despite it being after the stated book in time. Our bags were in the room when we returned after a walk. Basic continental... More

Great location for the price in terms of access to everything and on a quiet side street. Very friendly staff who are happy to listen to your stuttering French and then chip in in English when the going gets tough. We had no shower curtain either but this is France we're in here. I think they call it "Elan". Comfortable... More

The hotel is well placed near the centre of Toulouse - everything in easy walking distance. Room was clean and beds comfortable but very cramped. we were told we had an Italian shower - this turned out to be a hole in the floor! no shower screen or curtain, so basically the bathroom gets flooded - but there is a... We came to the hotel in the mid-morning, but the manager gave us our room after waiting only for fifteen minutes - theoretically we should have come at two in the afternoon. We had a corner room, with a lot of light and a good bathroom. Internet worked without problems. The hotel is one block from Jean Jaures Ave. and... More
