This hotel is listed in the 2009 Michelin Guide, which mentioned ongoing renovation at that time. Our tiny room looked like a construction site with unfinished plaster board walls and a nonfunctional closet. Luckily, the weather was gorgeous and we only returned to sleep. Aside from the dismal room, the staff was lovely and helpful.

This is one of three Hours Blanc hotels in Toulouse, all in the same vicinity. The location is superb, next to Victor Hugo market just off Place Wilson and a short walk to Place du Capitole. The hotel reception, like a lot of properties in france, belies the fact the the room decor is straight from 1991. Chintz and a bit more chintz for good measure. The airconditioning works a treat though. All in all, a comfortable stay in a great location. Friendly staff.
