This B&B is clearly loved by its owners. Lots of fabulous personal touches. A beautifully renovated house. Comfortable, clean, great location. Absolutely no negatives.

We arrived very early in the morning and hoped that it would not be a problem to store our cases while we explored the city. However, Monsieur Vandevivere was there to warmly welcome us and tell us that our suite was ready for us. Our suite was spacious and light and tastefully furnished in the period of the house and...

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this B&B. It was simply lovely. Great location in Caen. The owner's daughter was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was included and homeade. They make the yogurt themselves and it was probably the best I have EVER tasted anywhere, hands down. We want to get the recipe. Still dreaming of...

This B&B is located perfectly to discover Caen. A five-minute walk takes you to the Abbaye aux Hommes and a ten-minute walk to the Château Ducal and the trendy Docks of Caen. There are quite a lot of students in Caen, so there is always someone walking down the streets (even at night). Lovely city overall!
The B&B itself is...

Very elegant, delicious food for breakfast and wonderful host and hostess. They were very helpful with directions and guidance on how to manage our trip in that area of Normandy. It is in a great location-would definitely return.
We had no idea when we drove up to this house what awaited us. But once we walked in we loved it. The house is beautifully appointed. The rooms are big and very cosy and warm. There are lovely touches all over the house. But the highlight, was the breakfast every morning. The table was laid with beautiful matching tablecloth...

Also we were traveling with a 10month old baby. They set up the crib in our room. Room was great, like a ski...

The host Sylvie was the most helpful person we met, had lots of information and advise about what to do locally. It is a lovely...

The romms are very nicely decorated, and the breakfast is just perfect.
Spent three nights at Le Clos Saint Martin. The rooms are huge and very beautifully decorated. Sylvie was the perfect hostess and was able to direct us to the places that we wanted to visit. It is a little difficult to find, especially when the taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong place. But, with our limited French, we...
