The hotel is in a good location but can be difficult to get to by car. Some one way roads in the area have changed direction making some maps out of date. The room was clean and comfortable. We thought the breakfast was expensive both full and minimal. Underground car parking was very convenient.

Great location, however beds VERY firm, I have slept on more comfortable campbeds. Air con not very effective and windows locks (I suppose we could have asked them to open them) so room stuffy. Why are these hotels so mean with tea bags? One regular teabag per couple?

Nice hotel in the city center of Rouen. Good breakfast with friendly staff. The rooms had closed windows with no air conditioning so it was warm at night. Park your car in a city parking place, and not in the hotel parking garage becaus it is small.

The hotel is steps from the Cathedral, which was awesome. The nearby brasserie, cafes and paterssaries were great. The furniture was from the 80's. The Rouen Mercure is very centrally located just a few steps from the cathedral. It is a high quality hotel, with very comfortable rooms and efficient staff. The main problem is finding it, which is no mean feat by car - we found it extraordinarily difficult. and the car park is not easy to navigate!
