Dissappointed. The website was so attractive even promising hot chocolate. Fromers found virtues which we did not.We climbed 2 flights of narrow stairs to a very sparsely furnished bedroom. Difficult to find, difficult to maneuver the car through very narrow streets. No hot water one morning and breakfast was very ordinary. We left a day early. More

Ok, it's not easy to find. We had to resort to GPS on my iPad to get there. Park underground at the Palais des Papes parking facility (just over E10 per day). Emerge and face the Palais. My wife and two daughters had the pleasure staying at La Banasterie and highly recommend it to all. The owners went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The suite was ideal for the four of us. The breakfast was a delight. Location could not be better. More
