We stayed at this hotel during the Easter period for 5 nights. The hotel is in a good situation just 5 minutes from the Route de Soleil A7. It shares a building with the more expensive Mercure. Every time I go to this place as its cheaper and location OK for short business trips. Which is an odd thing to do in summer in provence as its all jam packed with tourists. Not being a business destination the hotels are not up to par for. Not reasured by cleanliness and always get an attitude from the staff... More

hotel is clean but the location is not within the reach of public transport. The check-in officer at reception need more training in customer service training. hotel restaurant offer value for money meals. However staff does not speak English well or totally unable to communicate in English. More
