I read some great reviews of this hotel and I was very surprised because, actually it was not a hotel, it has no reception, no room service and… it was listed as a 4 star hotel.

Thank you for your comments it's important to us. I'm sorry that you was expecting an hotel we are not in the rubric hotel but residence and we don't have any room service. But as it's mentionned in the room directory, the office is opened from 9am until 6pm and apart from these period, you can reach us...
