Very Nice location,close to the beach just a few steps to Massena St. André close to Place Massena and Cours Saleya, the market of flowers. The room is average, small but with a good view to the ocean. A little bit noise in fact. The breakfast is poor but the front desk is very nice.

Perfectly adequate hotel located in the heart of the Promenade des Anglais. Staff is super helpful assisting with reservations or tour information. One part of hallway smelled like sewage. Room was clean. No gym - should have even a basic one for these prices.

Our family of eleven stayed over the weekend at this no-nonsense hotel. The rooms are quite clean with wifi easily available inside the hotel. The reception staff and breakfast personnel provided excellent service a for a 4-star hotel. This was our second time to stay at this hotel.
