I stayed one night. It is only minutes walking from the Nice train station, and 10-15 walk to the promenade and beach. My room was old and threadbare but clean. Bathroom was also very clean. Front desk was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Internet service in lobby was good. This hotel offers good value for the budget traveler. More
