We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. everything was really nice, the room had lovely décor and it was very clean. Will stay again. there was a supermarket just in front and restaurant to eat around. the sea side was just one street away.

This is a great hotel for the money. Fabulous location, clean and well cared for. The front desk man Arthur was very friendly and helpful. Visited the hotel in august 2012 for 4 nights. It is small but clean and cozy with very helpful staff. They helped with booking trips to Monaco and St Tropez.The breakfast was good.The location is perfect. Very close to the bus stop and restaurants.

Our first trip to Nice, but very glad we chose to stay at Villa Nice Promenade - the staff were incredibly friendly, spoke good English and couldn't help us enough.
