Carpets threadbare, mould in shower grout and shower fixture coming of the wall , metal storage rack for wardrobe, black scuff marks on the wall and skirting board, no mirror or picture to humanise the room, very very basic provision.I cannot understand the tourist board rating as this hotel would not merit a 1 star, never mind a 3. The hotel wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be after reading the reviews. The only problem was the other guest were extremely loud and seemed to never leave their rooms. The staff for the most part were friendly and helpful, but for sure the location is not the best part of Nice. More

not much more to say,the holel was so poor,we hade to ask for sheets to be changed we were both bitten in the bed.air con didn't work.We reported it to the local tourist office.Most of the other guests seemed to be one night stays,we were there for a week sadly,no way was this three star.
