Went down to Nice over the Christmas period 2011 and found this gem of a 3 star hotel on the internet. Pro's - Receptionist was very pleasant, near train station, nice balcony. Con's - no tea/coffee facilities, not very comfortable, covers were a bit grubby, no shower curtain so after 2 showers, the bathroom was flooded, towels provided were small and old. Just about ok for a stopover, nothing longer than 1-2 nights! More
