“No longer the Gourmet Lorrain, alas”

This hotel and wonderful restaurant was once known as "The Queen of the One Stars". We stayed here in the late 80s and enjoyed great classic french food including amazing creme caramel and one of the legendary wine cellars of the region (according to Gault Millau).
