If I only new what a horrible experience I will have with them, I would never ever made a reservation with this hotel. My advice to everyone - don't chose this hotel if you can. Horrible unfriendly service.

The hotel is about a 15min walk from Nice Ville train station and is located in a great area of Nice - close to the city centre and to the beach. However, you get what you pay for at a budget hotel.
