We arrived in Marseille on a Saturday night at 11pm. I’d rung in advance to notify our late arrival, but it appears that reception is available all night (at any rate, when we came back at almost 1am one night, there was still someone. We found the young gentleman who worked the night shift to be very friendly and welcoming,... More

Maybe I didn't pay enough attention when I booked a room but I didn't see any info that WiFi works only in the lobby and you have only an internet cable in the room so I was rather disappointed when I arrived there - we didn't have a laptop with us so had to go down to the lobby every... More

The first thing to say is that this is not really a hotel but more like an apartment complex. The rooms have a little kitchen, which is handy if you want to do self catering. It's a bit basic but clean and functional. However, the front rooms face the rail track and in summer, if you want the window open,... More

We quite liked this place. It is only a few minutes walk from the main train station, and if you take the bus from the airport, you are almost there already. Each unit has a small kitchenette with everything you need to cook for yourself. There are a few small supermarkets nearby and several restaurants (mostly pizza or gyros type)... More

Excellent location near to the Train Station. Restaurants a little hard to find locally, but we arrived late so didn't stray too far from the Hotel. Very clean - looked recently refurbished. Breakfast a little expensive for the choice but adequate. A couple of little supermarkets close-by for supplies

The hotel is well located both for the railway station and the bus station. The noise if the trains is not intrusive if the window is shut. The kitchen is quite well appointed but not suitable for a banquet. Staff were helpful and spoke good english. The amount of cleaning depends on the period of stay and whether you wish... More

Location is excellent, only 1 min walk from Marseiile main station (Marseille Gare St Charles). That is about the only thing that is excellent. Rooms are nice and big and clean, but the cleaning lady didn't clean our room once in 8 days, although we were told she'd clean it. my friends paid for a one-bedroom, 4- beds apartment, but... More

This hotel is a few steps from the Gare St Charles and very convenient if arriving by train. The small well equipped kitchenette is a real bonus and the rooms and bathrooms are a good size. There are 2 metro lines serving the station and only two stops to the Vieux Port.. We stayed here at the beginning and end... More

Pleasantly near to the station and metro so easy to get out and around. Room was very good with kitchenette though I didn't use it. Could have no complaints about any aspect to be honest. Did not have the hotel breakfast.
