Lovely hotel with balconies overlooking the port. Excellent location on the "right" side of the port, i.e., where the good restaurants and shops are instead of the touristy stuff. Very helpful staff, yummy breakfast. We didn't love Marseille but we enjoyed this hotel. More

View was beautiful as rooms face the port. The two rooms we had were spacious and clean. The receptionists were extremely kind and helpful with directions and even making restaurant reservations for us. We were very pleased with the rooms and service given. More

I could pinch myself! We are right in front of the old port, a short walk way from the Panier, and in a beautiful Rommel with great service and good advice. What more cold you hope for. More

We were upgraded from the standard room to one which had a view of the port which was a bonus. Only stayed one night but each of the 3 different staff members we encountered (within less than 24 hours) was absolutely great. Friendly, helpful and courteous. All in all, it was a nice relaxing stay. More

Stayed here for the Marseile Marathon 2012 as the hotel was half way between the start and finish lines and the course ran past the front of the hotel. The room was great, very comfortable bed (for us), nice linen and a really big bath. We had a baby and the hotel was full, so I think we were upgraded.... More

The view from our room when we arrived after dark was purely magical. We paid extra for a club room & it was so worth it. Stayed in a single room for a 1 night stay, friendly staff , clean although small room (single??) , shower a bit hit and miss , if i was staying longer i would have paid extra for the front rooms with balcony overlooking port , recommended for the price More
