We spent one night in this hotel and found the room accomodations to be terrible. When we arrived in our room there was a sofa bed opened up in the middle of the room which took up a lot of space. We were unable to fold the bed back into a couch so we worked around the bed. The other... More

Unfortunately, the kindness of the staff is not hiding the size of the room (small), the not heating sauna, the “in refection” spa cloakroom,... More

Stayed in room 220 during organized tour group. Bath had damaged laminate wood flooring, peeling paint, missing tiles in shower, mold and broken soap holder. Drapes had burn holes and either wine or blood stains. Bed was box springs and mattress was on separate frame in living area. Common area carpet was stained and filthy. Air conditioning did not work. this hotel has all the necessary functions in order to ensure a marvellous stay: a washing machine with coins in the basement, a huuuge jacuzzi to relax in the evenings aftre hard working, a lovely restaurant serving breakfast, but also lunch and dinner (great quality), and high ceiling rooms at the 2nd and 3rd floors; be aware that on one... We stayed at the Park & Suites Part-Dieu in Lyon in August 2011 and found that it was on a busy three lane wide one way street. It is in a commercial/industrial area of Lyon and does not have the bustling tourist attractions of bars, cafes and restaurants. That aside our room was very generous in size and very clean... More

Although further from the railway station than inferred by the publicity (be warned it is a good twenty-minute walk) the rooms were comfortable and the facilities fine. More

Hotel was extremely close to the train station, only a 5 minute walk. WifI in lobby only. Staff was helpful. Big and spacious modern suites with a kitchenette made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was extrememly overpriced. The pool was beautiful and the whole property was well maintained. This was a great choice for a hotel in Lyon. by the... More

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews and was prepared for the worst. However, I came back feeling satisfied. Here's why: 1. 15-20 minutes walk from Part Dieu Station 2. Check-in was smooth. The receptionist spoke good English. 3.We got a room on the third floor facing the dining area and we did not hear any... More

Booked a room for 4 people although there were only three of us as this suggested 2 rooms hoping for more privacy between the rooms. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE as the flimsy partition proved. Room facilities were good and cleaning service was up to scratch.Microwave , electric cooker, fridge , Dishwasher and kettle plus cups, saucers, glasses, pans, etc were of good... More

We needed this place for a night while on the road in France, and it got the job done. I get spoiled with the amount of nice business hotels in the U.S., and this seems overpriced with a lot less amenities. Parking was extra, as well. It was older. This chain has some newer hotels that are a lot nicer. More
