Excellent location, staff, food outstanding. I carefully priced various options and although this was i reasonable amount more than soime options, with the food and all inclusive drinks it probablyworked out cheaper. Little touches as being seen off from the ski-in/out area by staff and likewise, being welcomed back with mulled wine, hot chocolate and cake. Simply excellent, fab, wonderful.... More

I have returned from my ski trip to the Val d’Isere resort and wish to seek compensation for a very disappointing holiday with unacceptably low standards in many areas. We were a party of 9 and one of our party has put in a written complaint on behalf of us all in the resort My serious complaints are as follows:... More

Firstly, arriving at Grenoble airport is a complete disaster, Club Med, you need to look at going back to Genève as the preferred airport of choice! Grenoble is seriously congested and chaotic at security, limited facilities and a nightmare if you have young children - Very Stressful and the airport simply can't cope. Transfer was pleasant enough, with spare seating... More

This is the first time we have stayed in Club Med Val d'Isere. We found the hotel staff (GOs) really good and very helpful. Other people have commented on the rooms as being disappointing and we would concur. They are tiny and in need of an upgrade. The shower has a plastic shower curtain and is old fashioned. However, the... More

We have just returned from our holiday at the Club Med Val D'Isere. We have always loved Club Med having been to the hotels at Peisey-Vallandry, Valmorel and Tignes several times all of which are great. However after our terrible experience at Val D'Isere we have vowed never to use Club Med again. Firstly the hotel is classed as 4... More

Just came back from a wonderful week of skiing at Val d'Isere. It was my second encounter with this resort and with Club Med facility there. Skiing with Club Med for 10 years we have vast experience with many winter Clubs. This one, in my view, is one of the best in terms of management, food quality and overall efficiency.... More

Just returned from a week with friends, Despite having gone skiing every year for the last 14, this was our first clubmed skiing experience, and certainly my last. The reason for chosing this resort was simple: Late season skiing meant we needed to be high so France was the obvious choice. As we prefer to stay in good 3 star... More

I'd never been to club med before. I think it's a great concept as you could literally go there with no money as everything is covered. On the negative side the rooms are tiny although it wasn't a real issue apart from we had to keep our snowboard bags on the balcony. The pool and jaccuzzi which was one of... More
