Rooms are standard, carpet is a bit rundown. But this is compensated by an excellent location, clean rooms, very helpful staff and good breakfast. 88 euro for a night with breakfast is good value. The big baths, Friedrichsbad & Caracalla, are at 3min walk.

I booked the hotel online based on price, and was pleasantly surprised that it far exceeded expectations. Perfect location, five minutes from both baths and one minute from pedestrian zone. We stayed for one night, and got an upgrade to a suite. The breakfast was great, wide range variety of buffet. The location is great, close to the leading spas and attractions. Parking is available under the hotel.
