Rooms were clean and for me location was good. wifi was expensive (5€/night) and reception were not rude but seemed pretty disinterested in guests. For the price I would try somewhere else.

We decided on the fly to go to Heidelberg and could only get hotels listed via Google. We ruled out a couple of others due to price levels and another two because we knew we were arriving late and some would not have an open reception at the time of our arrival. This one had listed that 24h check-in was...

I just came back from Heildelberg, yesterday and with fresh memories, it is best to post a review. The hotel is cheap, well, with 59 Euro per nite, I would rather say it is value for money, specially when it is located very close to the Station and tourist office..only 5 min walk.
The rooms are very small and the...

I haven't heard from the hotel that they actually viewed my cancellation email and cancelled. I even had my German friend translate it to...

Avoid this hotel!!! Unwelcoming owner of the hotel. Breakfast disgusting (the food was not fresh). Room quite expensive (you can find nice hotels in the center for better prices). Bathroom really tiny and smelly.

This is a hotel, or what? Reception do not work over night?
We were lucky that some people came in and help us to find our key. I would like to say thanks to them, because I was...

I chose this hotel because it was close to the railway station (which it is) and because it said it was within walking distance 900m of the Old City (not at all sure about that); it wasn't really within walking distance (take the no. 33 bus from just outside the station).
There is no airconditioning, no fridge (the mini-bar is...

When we first arrived at the Classic Inn we were a little taken aback by the reception area as it resembles a youth hostel much more than a hotel. The bedroom also came as a disappointment as it was very basic, with no tea or coffee making facilities. The reception area/lounge was again little more than a conservatory with some magazines...
