The hotel was super clean and in a great location. However, it was missing the basics. No shampoo or conditioner, no iron/board and no wash clothes. No room service or front desk after 8. If none of that is a concern for you, then the hotel is fine. Everyone was nice.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a very good location. It is a pleasant walk to the main shopping and restaurant areas of Heidelberg. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. Very happy with my choice here, wanted to be close to town but not in a tourist district. Easy walking to the river (and up the cliffs on the other side), easy walk into the tourist area. We stayed back in 2008 and I can't wait to go back again. The hotel is in a great location. The room was quite large and very well appointed. The breakfast in the cellar was great. We spoke to the owner during breakfast and she was very nice and helpful. This is definately the place to stay in Heidelberg.

Influenced by this website we stayed a night. It's super clean with gorgeous friend ly helpful staff and fabulous underground stone cellar for breakfast. Right in the old town. Very comfortable beds very enjoyable stay. Thanks.

Wonderful boutique hotel with river outlook, beautiful furnishings, bright and clean, WiFi; breakfast room quaint, with nice choice of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean with nice high ceilings. The location is perfect, close to the downtown area and the river. Despite being on ground level next to a very busy road, the room was remarkably quiet.
