My first visit to Karlsruhe. Right from the start everything at the Renaissance was very nice . Our room was ready for early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long overnight flight. I stayed here for two nights whilst in Germany on business. Check in was easy and the staff were polite enough but I had to ask for information regarding breakfast, internet etc. Room was clean and comfortable but some things were overlooked. This hotel was located near the City Centre and within easy walking distance of museums, the zoo and a short ride to the Hauptbahnhof! Hotel service was outstanding and the buffet breakfast is great! The internet service is reliabile and reasonablly priced. I would stay here again next time I am in Karlsruhe. More
