We arrived around 8pm. There is a reception area that is a 10x10' room & the receptionist is behind a glass window. You have to buzz in to the entrance and then after seeing the receptionist, you get buzzed in to the hotel. It is not pretty. Well, it is across the train stn and I appreciate the safety. The... I stayed here for two nights in September, arriving by train late one evening and leaving early 2 days later. When I arrived the reception was closed but there was a clear sign on the door, explaining how to collect the room key (from the bar round the corner). That worked no problem, though I had called the hotel earlier... More
