It's a business hotel well located in mannheim center near from main attractions, the hotel is ok with a good breakfast service but the rooms and the furniture are old and need an urgent renovation. could be better for a 4 star hotel.

Very nice staff and confortable big rooms. Breakfast is nice. Location is also good. The only thing this hotel needs is a "renovation". Specially the bathrooms are very old.

Room was clean and neat. Breakfast had many choices. Staff was very patient, friendly and helpful, particularly Frau Hanitzsch at the front desk. Very conveniently located in Mannheim and close to bridges across the Rhine for Ludwigshafen. Easy walikng distances to dining, sights, and shopping. Will definitely stay there again. Garage parking is tight for large cars.

This is generally a good hotel. Staff trained and helpfull. Breakfast with wide choice (everybody can find something to eat). Located nearby main train station (walking distance ~15 min.). There is a tram stop nearby too. I can recommend this hotel for business and as a base for city-tour. I will come back there for sure.
