Although it's been a few years, I used to come here fairly often. It is a bit out of the way, but oh so quiet. I remember the rooms being pleasant, the owners and staff being talkative, and the food being good.

Have just come back from a 3 night stay in one of the brand new superior suites.
No pictures taken, but let me tell that the hotel's pictures show exactly what the suite is (Wiesnzimmer)! Very comfortable, ample space, neat bathroom, nespresso machine, tv/dvd/ipod dock, incredibly silent and a balcony to die for...completely out of wood with a direct view...

Stayed for two days June 29th and July 1st. Just as always perfect stay! Food was great, room super clean, can not ask for better!

I stayed here for 3 days with my 13 year old son. Cleanest place you will ever fine, from one end to the other! Location is out of town and very quite, but is close to the Lake Konigssee 18 to 20 minutes away, Salzburg 25 to 30 minutes, Eagles nest you can see out the window and the town....
