The hotel is of average quality with small rooms. It is an older hotel and we were not too impressed with the bathrooms which are in need of renovation. The staff however is wonderful. They were extremely nice and willing to help with everything. The entire staff really save this hotel due to their friendliness.

We are a family of four with two teenage children. We found this hotel very quaint and the staff were very friendly. It is in a good location, within walking distance of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Booked for three nights on route from Austria back to UK. Staff very international and very friendly and helpful. Rooms a good size and comfortable. Whole place has a comfortable feel that could do with a little updating/modernising. For us it could also benefit from having tea/coffee facilities in the room and/or a coffee shop/lounge/bar.
