Spent four nights at the Admiral in May. 2012. Excellent in every way. Large lovely room and bath. Comfy bed, GREAT breakfast and kind service. Wifi was weak in the rooms. Hotel Admiral is only a couple of blocks from the Isartor S bahn stop and a pleasant walk to Marienplatz via Viktualien markt. Our room on the 5th floor overlooked Kohlstrasse. Just came back from Munich and stayed at the Admiral Hotel for two days and I wasn't dissapointed. The hotel was perfectly situated, just 1 km away from downtown old Munich and right in front of the Dutch Museum.
