We went to Oktoberfest in Munich and needed a place that didn't cost a fortune. The rooms cost much less than the hotels near the Weisn. (A short taxi ride gets you there quickly.) The rooms were nice clean and roomy. We had a balcony in ours. They have a nice breakfast there as well.

Stayed here one night in July 12, got the room at a discount but was a bit disappointed. room was a little scruffy, one wall needed painting. room was to include water in the fridge and a kettle, asked reception for both and got neither..small thing but it's meant to be four star..

Found a nice price on hotwire, no regrets on this stay. Hotel is modern and clean, room had small kitchen, hotel has affordable laundry facilities too. Did not try restaurant,wish I had. Neat and Clean hotel , def a 4 star property.. no S bahn station nearby , but Bus stand is next to the hotel so no issues of connectivity during day time or till 1 in the night.. good staff.. the morning breakast is a delight :-)
