The hotel is located next to theMain Train Station which is very helpful when planning a day trip to Salzburg,...or somewhere else. It takes you only 8-10 minutes on foot to Theresienwiese "Oktoberfest", so do not take any U-Bahn or buses, just go on foot. I stayed there by mid august and it was pretty good...clean, neat and with gentle staff...comfortable bedrooms and tasty breakfast...very close to Munich's HBF and downtown...the price is more than fair since we expect much less quality taking in account that we were well located.
