Booked the hotel about 3 weeks before a business trip to Munich. Had not stayed there before, but the city was very busy because of a trade fair and I chose it because of the location (proximity to where I was working)> On arrival I was told that they had overbooked and there was no room for me. They found... More

Dear guest, thank you for your E-mail and the time you have taken to tell us your opinion. We feel very sorry for the overbooking situation and that we could not offer you the reserved room in our hotel. We organised a room in another four stars hotel just the other side of the train station which is in the... More

The hotel is just 2 blocks from the main train station, which was really convenient for us as we were carrying too much luggage. The hotel has nice facilities. Although there is a casino in front of it we never had problems to get to sleep. Our room was really silent. The only problem I had was when I went... More

I spent three nights here recently and was happy with my choice. I can not comment on the food as I did not have breakfast or dine here but I was satisfied with the service and the room. My room was a little small but contained everything you would need for a short break, large flat screen tv, coffee machine,... More

We stayed here for a long weekend in December. On arrival and throughout the stay the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a fairly decent size, a little dusty in the cupboards, but everywhere else was clean and tidy. The room has very traditional decor, a little outdated if you like a modern hotel. The en-suite was a... More

Stayed here in December 2011. On arrival the hotel isn't much to look at and is opposite a few strip clubs and casinos although this was in no way a bother. The staff were helpful and friendly and always made a point to stop and say good morning and alike. The room was a decent size and the look is... More

This is a fairly small hotel within walking distance of Oktoberfest. Luckily, it's far enough away from the actual festival that you won't hear many revelers walking by at night. The hallways to the rooms are small and narrow and we were worried we would hear every single person coming and going but we didn't. Breakfast downstairs was good, but... More

I recently stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel location convenient. There was an awful lot of street noise as mentioned by other reviewers. Lying in bed I could hear the click of footsteps on the sidewalk below in addition to conversations and traffic noise. If you are sensitive to this, bring ear plugs or choose somewhere else. It... 5 minute walk from the station which is ideal for further travel to Salzburg. 10 minute walk to shops and the area was fine. We were not uncomfortable at all and would stay in the area again. The room was good quality with a four poster bed with a crown in the middle of the headboard. Room was clean and... More

** before booking, make sure renovation is complete, it is now scheduled to complete at the end of April ** This hotel is clean and well maintained and has all the pluses that others had mentioned. I appreciated the commitment the management has for eco and bio friendly products from the toiletries and bed sheets in the bedroom and bio-ingredients... More

Overall level of this property, service & hotel location is very good. The room was very comfortable, the window has a real efficient soundproofing so even while the room is facing Dachaustrasse (which is quite noisy and has tramway moving back & forth just under the window) when the window is closed you can easily fall asleep. The greatest advantage... More

Dear Sir, thank you very much for your review and thank you that you enjoyed the hotel. There must be a missunderstanding in the breakfast. We are do offering 4 different joghurts and we change the taste during the week as well. Our staff bring fresh coffee, cappucino or latte machiatto for every single person and not a termos flask...
