Cosy and warm B&B, friendly welcome, free wi-fi and spacious rooms. Breakfast served in the room is a nice touch although it's not that generous. Overall, a great place to stay and good value for money.

We stayed two nights at the Kaiserplatz pension. Frau Jacobi and her son were both friendly and welcoming. All the rooms seem to be on the ground floor on one corridor. Ideal stay for young families close to the subway line in the calm part of Schwabing. The in-room breakfast was much appreciated. Cheap street parking (6 euros for 24h) nearby. Warm welcome from Frau Jakobi!
