We have been 3 nights at the end of October 2011, with two kids (4 and 8 y.o.). The hostel offers a basic accomodation in 4-beds room with shared bathroom and showers. But for a short break is ok. It has 2 buldings and a lot of rooms, a big breakfast room and a nice garden.

Great Hostel, stayed here for 2 nights when attending Oktoberfest, we had a twin room that was so clean, secure, had a free locking wardrobe for each and its own bathroom.
Very close to the train station. and it is the Zoo stop, so if you are ever lost everyone knows where the Zoo is.
€12 to the Oktoberfest ground....
