I booked 9 people to stay here during Oktoberfest (accomodation is very hard to find at this time), so to find out they had double booked us the day before arriving, was very stressful, and cost us a fortune to find somewhere else to stay. The location is a bit away from the centre of the city, but it is close to Theresienwese, the huge park where the Oktoberfest takes place.
