Be warned this is a small hotel that closes during the day so you need to warn them if you intend to arrive before 5pm. I had a large room with a sofa & table & chairs & lots of windows. Didnt know there was no lift so getting the bags and skis upstairs was a bit of a mission - but well worth it. the room was lovely - warm and roomy. great showers and breakfacst was very tasty.

We stayed in this great hotel in this charming town and thoroughly recommend it to others. The staff were lovely, the room great,clean and prettyand the dinner was awesome too. We have just spent five weeks travelling around Europe and Hotel Haus Appelberg was a highlight. Christmas in Dinkelsbuhl is a must! So charasmatic!
