CBP was so good! The decoration of the place is awesome, really clean, the roof terrace is a great thing to have too. Although it was snowing whilst we were there it was still nice to have. The staff are all really helpful and cool, they know a lot of things to do and gave us good advice about travelling... More

If you're just looking for some place to stay (e.g. just need a bed) and/or you're looking to meet new people, this is a good place to do both. It's a very cheap hostel, but all the facilities are shared (showers, bathrooms are common rooms). No elevator means having to climb up 3 flights of stairs. Not a big deal,... More

I only stayed one night here and was very pleasantly surprised! The hostel is much more spacious than it appears from the outside. I loved the open, airy kitchen/common area setup, which allowed guests to cook and eat in the same area as those surfing the Net, hanging on the couches, etc. The bathrooms and dorm rooms were very clean... I stayed here with 40 other people. The facilities are good. You can cook here, store food in the fridge. Free coffee in the morning. Rooms range from around 14 person dorm down to around 4 person dorms. Relaxed feel to the place. Situated right next to the Kottbusser Tor station (5 minutes u-bahn to the centre of Berlin) in... I stayed with 3 friends in September. The staff was great, that is the main highlight in my opinion. More than helpful in every way. The bathrooms were clean, the rooms were clean, the sheets nice. The beers are cheap at the bar, and the atmosphere is as laid back as possible. They put the soccer (football, sorry) game on... More

Don't be shocked by the grim surroundings of Kottbusser Tor and the entrance of this hostel. It's not half as bad inside as it looks outside. If you look for an authentic Berlin feel and have a tight budget, this is definitely a good place to stay. There are 4-bed rooms and 16-bed dorms and as hostels go you might... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
Comebackpackers Hostel in Berlin Kreuzberg was created and is run by two friends who have travelled the world for many years. It is a hostel built by travelers for travelers. The Comebackpackers is not a Hotel-Hostel, its one of the few Hostel-Hostels in Berlin. We found a nice gap in Berlin and we changed into a place wich is now home for people away from home. The people come as guests and leave as friends. The Comebackpackers Hostel offers all comforts a backpacker needs. Beside the comfortable, well-lit and spacious bedrooms, the hostel provides a huge common room great for meeting new friends or for relaxing after a long day of sight-seeing or night of partying. There is also foosball, boardgames or a book exchange which keep you busy. The roof top terrace with a view over Kottbusstertor gives you the real Berlin Kreuzberg feeling. ... more   less
