The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially girl . We enjoyed returning to hotel for our nightcap . A very enjoyable experience all round . Will recommend it highly because thé bathroom was very very clean and nice !

Very good quality hotel, staff excellent, breakfast as other reviews say one of the best we have had, situation 100 mtrs from underground station, our first visit to Berlin and easy to find from the airport, near to all sites of interest.
