Good location near "Ku-dam", and a big room for 3 person plus an ok breakfast buffet. But you can hear everything going on in the room next door, and the bathroom is very small (however functional). There are several good restaurants in the nearest streets.

Over priced hotel with distinctly 'Eastern Block' feeling rooms. Everything was distinctly basic and the terrible bar downstairs that hosts trite lounge musicians that blare their warblings across the whole building was the sour icing on the stale cake.
