My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is fairly centrally located, being a 20 minute walk to the centre of the city, and a 2 minute walk to the central bus/train station. For the great price, a clean and friendly pension option near to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof with free wi-fi. The main unattractive feature was the many prostitutes and pimps plying their traid on the street in front of the hotel and in the nearby neighbourhood. The service was good. The room was nice, large but the shower was in the middle of the room right next to the bed, which was not within the description. The restroom was outside on the floor. “Stay away! No hot water.”

The hotel is in a good location near the Hauptbahnhof and has decent, if a litte worn-down rooms. But we'd recommend travellers to STAY SOME PLACE ELSE- or at least avoid the room with shared showers. There's only cold water (with the occasional splash -like for 5 seconds every 3 minutes - of boiling hot water). Complaining to the hotel... More
