The house is an old villa close to the park and the inner city, no elevator, very spacey rooms with high ceilings, clean, nicely furbished. Good location, by a park and a couple of great Spanish and Italian restaurants. Neat older builder, gorgeous room with high, decorated ceilings and antique furniture.
