Due to its location, this hotel caters to business travelers, but doesn't offer the usual amenities business travelers like myself would like. An internet connection is not available in the rooms, A/C isn't available, the orange zebra carpeting is funny (bordering on offensive), the bathrooms aren't vented properly, the restaurant's food is insultingly bad if you have the bad fortune... We used this hotel for our working days at mesa exhibition in Frankfurt. The location is a bit far, 15min by taxi and there is nothing interesting nearby. I once again used this establishment only as a day room basis for a some shut eye, a quick shower and cup of coffee before a meeting but I once again have to report the unfriendliness of the staff and the rooms need to be urgently upgraded otherwise this is going to become rundown and seedy! Good value for money. Great/friendly staff, rich breakfast and clean&warm rooms. the only negative point is for the extra cash you have to pay for the Internet, which even paid stays a crappy one(slow connection, disconnected all the time bad wifi coverege at the end of the hall). I've been vsisiting this Hotel for many a year, atleast 10 and its defin itely time for the rooms to be upgraded the orange zebra stripe is outdated and the staff behind the reception need to get a smile and provide a service !

Stayed here countless times for business. Yes, the hotel hasn't got much atmosphere, however the friendliness of the staff is absolutley remarkable. This is not a great place to stay. Thin duvets, uncomfortable beds, no air conditioning in the summer, combined soap and shampoo in dispensers in the shower. My work is located nearby so I have to stay here but I dread it. Also, you have to go down to reception and purchase a card to use the Internet.
