The hotel was convenient for the main rail station and the concert venue so was perfect in that respect. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was basic but clean, but we didn't pay much so were satisfied. The shower was a bit feeble and could have done with being more powerful and because of it's... More

This hotel is fairly basic and is priced respectively so for that reason im not going to say anything too negative or compare it to a 5 star hotel like other people do on this website. It is directly across the street from the main train station and is centrally located however a bit noisy at night if im honest... More

The hotel is very close the the train station, it is very convenientt to travel into the city and to the airport. The room is clean, a bit noisy as my room was facing the main street. There is no point to argue whether this is a four star or a three judging on the price you will pay, espcially... More

We could see that the regular price for this room was over 500 euros for one night, so we expected something very nice. We got the room for about 60 euros. We were 2 adults and one child. In actuality, this was the worst hotel we booked on our Europe tour. The room was very small, we had one single... More

unlike shown on some websites the hotel is directly facing the main street and railway station. The location was perfect for us as we travelled by train, for other guests the surroundings might not be really appealing.... however the rooms to railway side might be very loud!! Just ask the receptionist politely for a room facing backside even these rooms... More

How on earth this Hotel was given 4 stars is beyond me. I think they must have bought it on E-Bay because this place is 3 stars tops. The place is shabby, the staff are rude and they charge almost 10 euros for internet access. The rooms are very small and in need of renovation and the bathroom ceiling had... More

The rooms are small and very noisy because near the train station. No sound proofing in the rooms so there is so much noise from other rooms The staff is not very helpful and can be out right rude at times. I am sure there are better hotels out there with similar prices. More

I have travelled quite a bit and I thought yes this is my first 4 star hotel I am going to stay in... I was wrong. There are quite few hidden charges (You have to pay for wi-fi, calls, etc), there is so much noise outside (I was on the 2nd floor) and thin walls on the inside, I could... More

The location is ideal if you need to be in the heart of the city. Lobby is not bad, but the rooms are tiny! The bath is less than 3 square meters and did not have a funtioning shower, only a small bath for children. And as the showerhead was impossible to attatch to the wall, it was rather complicated... located in the heart of Frankfurt , cross street from main train station , next to the red light district , few blocks from main river The rooms are nice. The 15 euro breakfast buffet seems pricey. I did enjoy the swimming pool located on the Tenth Floor of the hotel More
