The hotel itself is very nice - a decent quality 4 star place. We booked a 'superior' room, which whilst not huge, it was well equipped with a lovely bathroom and super king size bed with a large screen Samsung TV on the wall - I think it was between 42-46 inch.. This is a top quality hotel with friendly staff and appropriate service. At the time of my stay major renovation was being conducted. I was allocated one of the new rooms which was of a high standard - unfortunately the heating wasn't working properly. Surely a teething problem! The breakfast buffet with freshly cooked eggs was very good.

Friendly staff and nice rooms, currently let down by extensive renovation work which means no lifts and very long walks to rooms. Reception staff very nice and welcoming. Bar has excellent ambience and nice view. Bar menu very good but limited. Restaurant a little lacking in atmosphere. Great location as stopover on our regular drive down to Austria

The Kempinski Gravenbruch is a lovely hotel with top-notch service, staff and facilities. Part of the hotel is under renovation so you do have to traverse a cool hallway and climb a set of stairs to reach rooms that have been finished - for which the doorman/porter was endlessly apologetic. After a seven hour drive we drove up the Kempinski Frankfurt for the night.... The lovely doorman greeted us with a big smile and took our dog's leads and started to play with them.
