I arrived Oct 3 for a 4 day stay. I came through the Arosa Hotel entrance to be greeted by a lady at reception. The key to #216 (that's 3rd floor in Europe) did not open the door. I called down and a young man appeared with another key that also was not programmed. A third try with another keys... More
