stuff ( receptionist) : disgusting, unfriendly, unpolite, having high standards of speaking english for the guests and making an accent for this, prejudice to the guests who don't speak german. Ill mannered housekeeper, a simple request for an invoice was not issued for my 4 nights of stay there even after few requests. Will greet you with a ferocious face if you were to ask for help after 8pm. Poor security, halfway through a particular night, someone tried to force open my door twice. Hotel isn't Terrible, but don't make the mistake of expecting service or help. We accidentally left a jacket in the room. We still don't have it back.
